Online Appointment Scheduling
On Wednesday, July 1, 2015, all eligible participants of the Noblesville Schools Employee Health Center will move to a new online scheduling application. This application will provide an enhanced customer experience, starting with the ability to schedule your appointment online. The scheduling application will also send out a patient satisfaction survey via e-mail within 24 hours of your appointment.
Important note: No usernames or passwords will be needed and the website address will not change. If you have any appointments scheduled after July 1, 2015, you will not need to reschedule your appointment. She received her training at Indiana University, with residency at St. Vincent’s Hospital. She has previously been employed by Noblesville Family Medicine and American Health Network. Dr. Guzman’s focus on prevention and health maintenance makes her a popular physician in Hamilton County.Dr. John Tetrick was born in Huntington, Indiana and raised on a dairy farm. After serving as an artillery soldier in the Army, he went on to earn a pharmacy degree from Purdue University and a medical degree from Indiana University.

Dr. Tetrick completed his residency in Family Practice at Community Hospital in Indianapolis. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine.
Dr. Tetrick currently practices as an Urgent Care physician within the Community Health Network. He spends his free time on his mini-farm raising cattle and enjoys spending time with his wife and four adult children.
